Obituary

Juanette Marie Hutto, lovingly known as “Tudy” or to her church family as “Grandma Clark”,

was born on September 6, 1937, in Eunice, Louisiana, to Ivan Luther Andrus and Willa Mae

(Hebert) Andrus. She passed from this life on October 11, 2026, at the age of 89.

Juanette was a woman whose heart was dedicated to the Lord and the people she loved. To her

family, she was an anchor of love, faith and warmth. She took immense joy in watching her

family grow.

Juanette brought passion to everything she did. Whether she was carefully crafting a quilt,

shouting with excitement over an OU football game or Oklahoma City Thunder game, or

enjoying a lively round of bingo with her friends. When she moved to Okemah, Oklahoma in

April of 2019, she attended the Refuge Church and found great joy being involved in the More

Than Conquerors group. She served on the Resident Council of Colonial Park Nursing Home,

using her voice to care for and support the residents.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Kay C. Kepper and her companion, Geno Noonan of

Biloxi, MS, her son, Randy L. Clark and his wife, Christine of Okemah, Oklahoma, her

grandchildren, Derick Strange, Riley Keith Clark Jr., Marshall Clark, and Jeremiah Clark, her

great-grandchildren, Sarah Warmka, William Strange, and Peyton Clark, her brother Guy

Simmons Jr, her sisters-in-love, Violet Holifield and Tammy Farris, along with many other

family, church family and friends.

Juanette is preceded in death by her father, Ivan Andrus, her mother, Willa (Hebert) Simmons,

her son, Riley Keith Clark, and brother Larry Andrus.

A memorial service to honor Juanette’s life will be held Friday, October 16, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.,

at The Refuge Church in Okemah, Oklahoma. She will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery in

Houston, Texas.
